About this role
You will architect and lead Soledad's revenue org. You will own pipeline, close, and expansion, and you will partner with the founder and CTO on product/market fit, pricing, and the long-term commercial story of autonomous decisioning.
What you will do
- Own the revenue plan — bookings, ARR, gross margin, NRR.
- Build the sales, marketing, and customer success teams from the ground up.
- Personally lead enterprise deals and design the pricing/packaging strategy.
- Define the GTM segmentation and sequence — design partners → enterprise → platform.
- Partner with product on roadmap signals from the field.
What we are looking for
- 10+ years revenue leadership; 3+ years as VP Sales / CRO at a technical B2B company.
- Closed enterprise deals personally and built a team that closed at scale.
- Comfortable with technical discovery — you can hold your own with a CTO buyer.
- Has built a revenue org from < $5M to $50M+ ARR or equivalent.
Nice to have
- AI/ML, data infrastructure, or regulated-industries selling experience.
