About this role
You will be Soledad's first dedicated growth hire. You will define how prospective customers and partners find us, build the content and event flywheel, and stand up the ABM motion that fills the founder-led pipeline.
What you will do
- Own the marketing and outbound strategy across content, events, partnerships, and ABM.
- Build a content engine — blog, technical posts, case studies, video — with a small contractor bench.
- Run a tight outbound motion against a defined ICP using modern tooling.
- Build the partnership pipeline with cloud providers, system integrators, and complementary platforms.
- Define and track funnel metrics (MQL → SQL → opp → close) and drive conversion improvements.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years in B2B growth, demand-gen, or content leadership at a technical product company.
- Has personally written content that landed with a technical audience.
- Hands-on with HubSpot or Salesforce, modern outbound tools, and analytics.
- Strong commercial instincts — you can read a sales call and adjust messaging.
Nice to have
- Experience marketing AI/ML or developer-focused products.
